Portraits of high-school students are positioned alongside landscape/architectural images. These young adults contain confidence in their gaze while the buildings and grounds they frequent are distant and ambiguous. The union of these two elements provides space to consider the complexity of circumstances and raises the question that things we see are not as clear as they seem.
